Staff Facilities Use Request

Please use this form to request the use of the gym, weight room, cafeteria, library, or classroom outside of the scheduled school day.

 

Please check the facilities use calendar to ensure availability before submitting a request. Requests for the current week must be submitted before noon on Monday. You will receive an email when your request has been approved and added to the calendar.

 

*** If you are using the facility with students, you must ensure that proper building/district permission, student registration and liability forms, and district facility use agreement if required, have been completed before student activities begin.***
