Soap Lake School District is pleased to announce that Erin Allen has been selected as the new principal of Soap Lake Elementary School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
Allen has served Soap Lake School District for the past 10 years in a variety of roles, including Special Education Teacher, Athletic Director, and MTSS/Behavior Coordinator. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong understanding of Soap Lake students, families, and community, while working closely with staff to strengthen school climate, improve student outcomes, and support consistent systems across the district.
“Erin is a collaborative, student-centered leader who understands our community and is committed to building a positive school culture where students, staff, and families feel supported,” said Superintendent Angela Rolfe.
“I am excited to continue serving Soap Lake School District in this new role,” said Allen. “Over the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to build strong relationships with our students, families, and staff.”
Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Western Governors University. She is also completing a Master’s in Educational Leadership through Eastern Washington University.
Soap Lake School District looks forward to welcoming Allen into this new leadership role and continuing the work of supporting student learning, strong school systems, and a connected school community.
